Workshop Lift and Skills Centre - Stafford College

Following practical completion of the above project, I felt compelled to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues at Leamore Contracts Ltd, for bringing the project to a successful conclusion to programme and within budget (including approved variations).
Both projects afforded considerable difficulties and unforeseen issues were manages effectively and in a timely manner.  All contractors and sub-contractors involved in the project performed with credit and operated considerately, conscientiously and adhered to specific requirements of an education environment.
Information provided through monthly contractor reports including contract variations helped ensure cost for the project remained within budgets.  Specifically my gratitude is expressed to Bill Withnall, Sean O’Flattery, Vince Joyce and Ted Towers for their on-site and general project management expertise.

Leamore Contracts recently completed a £3m steel portal framed building including all Civils Works.  The project was on time and under budget.
Leamore Contract Limited were pro-active and had an excellent site manager in Simon Gardner.  We would include Leamore Contracts Limited on further tenders.
